Where does a USB CONDENSER MIC get its PHANTOM POWER?

I’m looking into buying a USB CONDENSER MIC but I was wondering about the phantom power that it needs. Does it have some kind of built in phantom power battery or does it need to be provided some other way.

USB devices can draw power from the computer they are plugged in to.
