What do I need for my computer?
I recently received a task force of my parents. Now all you have is a GeForce6100SM-M motherboard, some Thermaltake Purepower called 430, a K8 RX Silentboost and 2 gigs of ram. Obviously I have very little knowladge the hardware of a computer. What should I buy to do that a team of decent game? All things i have now is new.
thats not a bad system at all Everything you need to play is a decent graphics card if you is the one with a 55 nm manufacturing low, as they say HD3870 or 8800GT would then not even need to improve the power supply, if you want a better card that either one or two of them will have a better PSU. Everything else on your machine is fine for another year, then it would be worth upgrading your lack of experience not a problem, graphics are one of the easiest upgrades to do, and that's all your PC needs. Just be sure to uninstall the drivers instaling graphics before the new card
