My Lenovo has a new internal wireless card problem? help please?

Ok, so I recently purchased a new Lenovo 3000 TigerDirect C200 laptop with Vista already installed, and was working hard. But now I have a problem with wireless Internet connection at home. I made a diagnosis and said that my wireless card had an internal error. How do I fix this and I have to reinstall Vista?

Good, I do not have the answer to your question, but I have a Lenovo 3000 C200 with Windows XP. I often realize the LAN connection is turned off and was not sure why until I realized that, under the specifications of Lenovo Care -> wireless and networking -> Power on / off wireless radio wireless radio maintains the closure turns itself off if I turn it on again reconnects, but its very annoying.
