Sata Power

SATA power cable does not remain on the hard disk, causing the boot disk failure …?

It looks like a SATA power cable retired of the hard drive without the button is pressed and broken into small pieces of plastic over hard disk connector that is used to prevent SATA cable out. Any suggestions on what can I do?
