What is the best thermal compound to a computer chip?
I will replace chipset fan my mother soon, and I wondered what would thermal compound is preferred. I was thinking about going with Arctic Silver 5 High-Density polysynthetic silver, but there is a better idea? The motherboard is DFI LanParty nF4 SLI-DR, and I'm going to replace the (very whiny) with a CPU fan Evercool VC-RE.
