RAM for an old eMachines PC?

Does anyone know if it is still possible to find a PC133 256 MB 168-pin SD-RAM module? I have a team of about emachines 2002 and is the only type of RAM it uses. I know that the format is obsolete, but I want to see about upgrading the RAM anyway. Moreover, there are only select brands of RAM, such as Micron, Crucial, and Samsung, which are compatible with the motherboard.
