I want to buy a TV tuner for my laptop. 1. Cheapest place to buy a USB / PCMCIA TV tuner (analog), 2. The best price, or what they paid in the past? 3. Alternatives? using a laptop / XP / lots RAM and hard drive. Cheers guys / girls ..
I guess Windows? Want to decode HDTV or digital TV? Hybrid card required for HDTV / Digital, but they are not compatible with the user interface for Windows Media Center edition, but if you do not use Media Center Edition, you can always use the software supplied.
