Linux or Windows on an Acer Aspire One mini notebook?

I Acer Aspire One mini notebook. I just cannot decide if I should get Linux or Windows. I have never used Linux, Windows, but I am only change is Linux is good. I've seen in a normal laptop, but never a mini. Is it different?
