How can I find information on my RAM and the motherboard?
I'm trying to help my nephew with information on your computer, but unfortunately he lives 10 hours away and desperate with IT hardware. Is there any way using Win XP to find out what type of RAM you are using a system and also someones motherboard without opening the system unit? If it was closer than it could open the unit myself, but unfortunately I can not do this. dose nephew did not have internet and as already said he knew nothing of computer equipment.
