help making a new system?

I am a total rookie and before going on spending and a lot of money on a new system that has a couple of questions 1. I have a video card that costs more than $ 800 but I want the best for the price you want to have some high-end gaming graphics btw i prefrebly NVIDIA has a Matrox TripleHead2Go for three monkey screen (this site) http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/category/category_slc.asp?Recs=10&Nav=|c:1558|&Sort=1 2what do you think of this motherboard combo: cross ASUS AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 6000 + is a good combination? any suggestions? i am planing on getting 3finaly Network ATX Mid Tower with a 750watt power supply that will be enough to power everything from the CPU, motherboard graphics card etc? and how many fans are needed to keep the system cool

I think the 8800GTX is the best choice for a video card. I would go with an Intel Core 2 Duo through a X2 and 750W is enough.
