How can I fix my formatting TFT LCD monitor?

I have a 15 "Sony SMD-M51 TFT LCD with 1024 x 768 pixels and 75 Hz, but when pluged in cable box information for the monitor stands up and says "Out of scan range 33.69k/30hz How can I fix this?
