Why is it that all PCI modems only have a transfer rate of 56Kbps? ?…. There are no modems nominal internal operating faster than 56Kbps and includes a coaxial connector and an RJ45 Ethernet port?

Because analog signals sent through phone lines can transmit data faster than that.
