Question portable FireWire?
hey i have an HP dv9830us that has a 4-pin FireWire port, but I really need a 6-pin port. one thing CardBus looking at the side, is there a 6-pin FireWire card that fit on the bus? if you could provide a link to buy that would be great, and a 4-pin wont work for what I'm trying to make the 4 pins do not provide energy in the device is connected. (tested 4.6-pin adapter not working)
