Overclocking My Pentium Dual-Core E2220?

Im on a budget, so I had some money and I updated my pc from an Intel Pentium D 915 2.8 GHz to 3.5 Oc GHz processor to this Intel Pentium Dual-Core E2220 2.2GHz now im overclocking and I hit a wall for this processor and I want to know if I can push more and as if possible:) My system specs are Intel Pentium Dual-Core E2220 2.2GHz FSB 800mghz FSB 1378 OC to 3.1GHz nForce motherboard 630i/7150 Evga 9800GTX + 738/1836/2200 oc 855/2052/2600 2.5GB Pc – 6400 RAM 800Mghz Artic Cooler 450 Watt power supply New Version of the population cooler for the processor core has copper instead of Alluminum Pc wizard says my idle CPU to 3.1GHz is about 100F to 95F processor core itself, but I felt the heat sink and it does seem to be even hotter than ever, so I think this posting is messy then any hot CPU 115F. If someone can help everyone and instant messaging an estimate of the 9800GTX + and the processor is what I have under 250 $ i can afford to spend more.

It is common for the 800Mhz FSB CPU Core2 to strike the ceiling of 3.2GHz, the only way to overcome that is to set the Vcore higher and that it puts more heat on the chip. 3.1 is a good overclock my e4600 runs at 3.2 GHz stable but it needs more volts to "Prime95" stable and you do get a little hotter, so I do not like OVERVOLT. The series E8xxx do some overclock better 4GHz fairly easily, in combination with a Gigabyte P45 motherboard and some DDR2-800 or better than a good speed for cheap. The nForce 630i is not known for their performance, I think it is a single channel only to have the memory bandwidth is a bit smaller than a dual channel card, which could be a problem. The P45 is much better for games:) The 630i is more than one board media center in the high performance is not a problem. So it would be a good start GIGABYTE GA-EP45-DS3L http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128345 $ 100 w / MIR $ 15, at least give a little more memory bandwidth (if you have 2 DIMM Dual Channel), so try this and see how it goes. If not sufficient, go for the E8400 and some DDR2-800 or 1066 that should give you much more CPU OC with this board. I have the previous version of this plate P35 and it works very well my e4600@3.2g combined my GTX260SP216 and 4 GB DDR2-667 is fine for the ring games. cheers
