Foam tape is driving?
I have to put something between a heatsink and the chip of my motherboard – which conduct electricity from the tape? (If the sink Heat is tilted slightly, cut a small circuit around the main chip, so I need some tape to protect against that) … Let clarify my problem: I have a heat sink and is registered with the thermal compound – I do not want the heat sink to the tip slightly shorter and the tiny chips little chip in the following main note (the heat sink would not be very strong, due to the way it is attached).
