How do I backup my computer successfully?
When immediately start my computer a window pops up saying that Windows error has encountered a problem hard drive. I've tried two things: restoring to a previous time and insert a CD for backup files. None of these works. What should I do?

So here's the thing, my old computer crashed on me, so I bought a new one. All of my music and contact information and everything is on my iPhone, and I need it in my iTunes. Even if it's too complicated, please tell me how to put my iphone to my computer!

a large part of my music is from different places. havent bought that many of iTunes.
