Is there a USB capture card that do not require high-speed USB?

Hello, I use a USB capture card to play when I want to record Xbox, but my laptop is a HP 3000 omnibook think and quite outdated … I bought a dazzle capture card, but has not yet workflow or at all, and was very lazy, and I'm pretty sure it was cuz i don VHA are high-speed USB … The cards cover my old computer that wud be able to run?
