My car RC Novak brushless systems all fry after a little moisture?
I have the 5800 Super Sport brushless system for my Traxxas Stampede, and the HV maxx for my Traxxas E-Maxx. I live where there is snow all winter and had to do some hitting. But before long they were in the snow on the speed of Electronic controls fried in a puff of smelly smoke. I even put water-resistant silicone around the HV maxx and yet keep out moisture. I've heard of ensuring a balloon around the CES, but how to prevent air circulating fan and therefore overheat the ESC anyway. What should I do? Anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to improve my RC trucks waterproof? Thank you.
I know of a company that manufactures electronic boards and what they did was spray Acrylic suction cups to protect their joints from moisture before shipping them. Hope this helps. I was going to say you can call the company that manufactures the product, but probably already ruined it with glue huh?

With rising gas prices and the need to save the environment, you have decided you want to do your part, but you do not have the money for a new car. There are alternatives and one of them is the conversion of your car starting to run electricity. Electric cars get between 30 to 70 miles per gallon, depending on certain factors. One of the first things you need to create an electrical installation box car battery. Not only can you put the batteries in any type of container, as need special care.
The box will be placed in the rear of the car. You can either put it in the trunk or, if you have the tools and knowledge, can be welded in the trunk floor to conserve space. The picture of the battery electric car is important because it serves several purposes. The first is that it prevents that smoke to get inside your vehicle while charging batteries. The second is to prevent any accidents in the event of an emergency. Both are important reasons and do you have to be very careful.
It takes some knowledge of electronics to do this. This is what you need to build and install your own electrical switchboard Car battery: marine plywood (which is of Douglas fir or western larch), paintings and water repellent, an explosion proof fan, brushless marine grade hose bilge ventilation, metal bands, screws and baking soda.
Measure the battery to see how big a box you will need. Once you have the box, paint the box with paint and water repellent spray of baking soda on the floor box. Usually, there will be about 10 batteries. Install the fan on the side of the box. The fan must be connected so that will be activated once begin charging the batteries and the vapors can be drawn from the box. Then, attach the hose to the fan with the tip pointing to the car below the smoke to escape. Once all this is a safe place metal bands around the box additional protection. This is to ensure the box is not heavy batteries and rest, and it will not come apart in the event of an accident.
Once you have completed the battery box of electric car, the bolt to the chassis of the car.
Convert your own car to electric can be profitable. Just prepare and make sure the whole team just before starting to build a picture of the battery electric car.
