CPU coolers – Is this enough?
I found a $ 25 dollar Thermaltake cooler pleasant TR2 series seems like a good improvement in the CPU fan and has copper heat sinks. I have an AMD dual core processor/AM2 plaque and a ATI X1950XTX video card that has a large fresco in the and heat. Do not overclock anything and play the game at the highest settings I can, but never more than 1024×768. For oblivion game game in 1024X768 with all other settings on high. The question is, does this new cooler will be enough? Do not overclock as I said, so will this be enough?
Since the copper heat sink is based, that is a plus, since it is aluminum (not as good as copper). Make sure to pick up some Arctic Cooler composed of 5 and be good thermal go.Make sure that the heatsink fits your type of processor (AMD socket is different from Intel). If you plan to do for games, this will be a good addition to your system. If you want to go to a higher resolution, make sure your monitor supports, otherwise the computer does not usually allow it. It will give some performance increase, but if really want something drastic, more RAM (if you have 1 GB is sufficient for Oblivion), get a better monitor that supports higher resolutions, and excess download programs before you load a game. If you have problems cooling, an additional fan for the Computer Case it would not hurt to add either, if you have an extra slot, spend an extra $ 5 and get another fan too. You can make your team stronger, but never really cared how strong my team receives, always dominated by my speakers. Hope this helps.

The clinical trial called the Age-Related Eye Disease Study, sponsored by the National Eye Institute found that high levels of antioxidants and zinc significantly reduce Elderly risk related macular degeneration. Advanced age-related macular degeneration is the leading cause of vision loss. The study involving 4757 participants, 55-80 years of age at 11 clinical centers across the country.
People at high risk of developing advanced stages of AMD was a combination of high doses of vitamin C, vitamin E, beta carotene and zinc.
It was an exciting discovery for people at high risk of developing advanced AMD. These nutrients are the first to discover an effective treatment to slow the progression of the disease. Treatment of advanced age-related macular degeneration very limited.
The nutrients studied slow the progression of "advanced" age-related macular degeneration in people who are at high risk, people with intermediate AMD in one or both eyes or advanced AMD in one eye already. AMD is a leading cause of vision loss and blindness in older Americans 65 years of age and older.
The nutrients do not cure AMD or restore vision already lost from the disease. They will play an important role in helping people in high risk of developing "advanced" AMD and maintain their vision.
Drusen is a common feature of age-related degeneration macular. Deposits are yellow drusen under the retina often found in people over 60 years of age. Many people have drusen during an eye exam in the that dilate the pupils. Drusen alone does not does not cause vision loss. It is the increase in the size of drusen and / or number that increases the risk of an older person advanced the development of AMD. The age-related macular degeneration can cause severe vision loss.
Studies suggested above people who have diets rich in green leafy vegetables have a lower risk of developing AMD. The high nutrient levels that were tested in the Age of Disease Related Eye research is very difficult to obtain from the diet. There was also a portion of the cataract study in which researchers found that the same nutrients had no significant effect on the development or progression of age-related cataract.
Taking large doses of antioxidant vitamins and zinc may not be appropriate for all people with intermediate age-related disease macular degeneration due to medical reasons. For example, if you are a smoker, beta-carotene been shown to increase the risk of lung cancer. These groups of people will have to discuss with your primary care doctor the best combination of nutrients for them. It is also necessary to add appropriate amounts of copper to the diet, when the use of some levels of zinc to prevent copper deficiency.
The participants reported minor side effects of treatments including:
• urinary tract problems that required hospitalization
• Anemia at a rate slightly higher, however, evidence of all anemia patients showed no difference between treatment groups.
• Yellowing of the skin is a known side effect of large doses of beta-carotene, which was reported slightly more often by participants taking antioxidants.
The AREDS study is the first to demonstrate an appropriate treatment for people at high risk for developing advanced age-related diseases degeneration macular. The formula will help save the vision of many who would otherwise have severe vision loss.
