Do I need a new graphics card too?

My plan is to add more RAM to my comp (currently at 512). Lately I've been wondering if I need a new graphics card too. I have some problems to play World of Warcraft, where you get a driver error and the screen flickers out for a second. What could be the problem? Adding memory (RAM) will greatly increase system performance. Adding a video card also will be very beneficial for processing 3-D video (read: games).
